To help us deliver the perfect edit, please follow these simple steps to share any video change requests with us:
Step 1: Watch the Full Video
Play your video on Vimeo or your downloaded version using QuickTime Player or any video player of your choice.
Step 2: Note the Time Codes
Pause the video at the exact start of the section you’d like to change.
Note down the start time and end time of the part you want changed.
Below you can see Start of time code given 00:04:06 – 00:04:24
Step 3: Describe the Change
Clearly explain what change you’d like for that section.
Examples:
– Start Time Code: 00:04:06
– End Time Code: 00:04:24
Step 4: List All Changes
Create a list in the following format for each change:
– Change the background song to: Chan Sitare
– Delete this scene
– Replace this clip with another
– Change the camera angle
– Brighten or darken the clip
– Replace song
Step 5: Share the Notes with Us
Once your list is complete, please send it to us via:

Important Note on Timeframe
We kindly ask that all video change requests be submitted within 3 months from the date we provide your private video link. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate further edits.
